1. Manage, maintain, develop new customer and sign new contract, orders with customer:
- Receive, analyze the customer's requirement about products: technical document, samples and coordinate with relevant departments;
- Follow up closely the communication, documents and updated information of products & customer's requirements;
- Check & make quotation, submit to Board of Director for approval;
- Negotiate, speed up the contract sign with customer.
2. Follow up the implement orders, contracts and solve the occurred issues.
- Manage the orders, contracts status;
- Communicate & discuss with related Head Departments to define the root cause which impact to Contracts, orders delivery;
- Work directly with customer and solve the occurred issues which related to quality, delivery, payment of orders.
3. Implement the customer service plan and solve the customer complaint:
- Set up plan and implement the research, evaluate the customer satisfation about company products. Serve customer and suggest to improve the customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with relevent departments to feedback, solve the customer's complaint, concerns related to product quality;
4. Research & Develope new products:
- Research the market & customer demand to provide ideas for Design department to develop new products;
- Research new materials to support Design Department to develop new products.
